OUR MISSION AGAINST CANCER AND HEART PROBLEMS:                                  
When my folks both died of different cancers within a three-year period, I decided I wanted to make a positive change and contribute my time to cancer cures and treatment.

I returned to school and got my degree in nuclear medicine where I could help find cancers proactively in patients, as well as be a positive force in treatment. After several years in the medical field, my wife and I both agreed that we wanted to focus on healthy food for folks that would lessen its factoring into cancer/heart disease and might even be a preventative source.

Thus, Victory Beef, LLC was born. Although we moved the majority of KV Cattle from Texas to Tennessee for this enterprise, we still maintain a ranch in both locations.

Our beef contains intense marbling throughout with grades far above prime.

The marbling in Red Wagyu beef (Kumamoto) has the highest percentage of monounsaturated fat of any beef in the U.S.

As a result, the meat has an intense buttery flavor, juiciness, and tenderness all while working in the body like eating Tuna.

SIGNIFICANT AMOUNTS OF OLEIC ACID:

Our Kumamoto Red Wagyu beef has the lowest cholesterol of almost any kind of meat sold in the U.S.
